E-YES products are crafted to last and delivered with care. Please allow 1-3 business days for your order to be packed and shipped from our warehouse.

We deliver products domestically using Australia Post:

For International deliveries, we use Australia Post International. Shipping times & cost will vary depending on your location.

E-YES is committed to service excellence and we endeavour to get orders to our customers as quickly as possible. However, unfortunately COVID-19 restrictions, and delays with Australia Post due to flight constraints and social distancing measures, have impacted our international delivery timelines.

To overcome this, we have temporarily disabled the International Standard Shipping option and only offering International Express Shipping and our customer service staff are working to follow up with any queries more closely than ever before. However, please note that international orders may experience delays of up to 4 weeks for some countries. Please refer to the link above from Australia Post.

Please note International Express Shipping includes signature on delivery.

International shipping will take around a week or so. you will be able to track your parcels progress online. Shipments outside of Australia may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient. Rates vary by country and by what was ordered so we are not able to supply an estimated cost. Contact your customs offices for more information.

All services exclude time in customs if applicable and may be subject to delay due to causes outside of Australia Post´s control. All duty & taxes charged by the destination country are at the customers’ expense. After we have dispatched your order, you will receive an email that will contain tracking information.

** Please also note waiting times may be extended during sales/peak periods and to rural areas.

Can you ship to a P.O. box?
No, we can’t deliver to a P.O box. Please use a physical address for your order.
What if my package is not delivered?
If your package does not turn up within the expected delivery time outlined, then check on your shipping email you were sent and there will be track and trace details. If your dog ate your mail you can email us at admin@e-yes.com.au and we’ll attempt to track the package for you. Please give the package two extra business days for delivery before emailing us.
How do i know when my order has been shipped?
When your order gets shipped, you will be sent an automated email confirming your package has been sent and giving you a tracking number and a link to a site where you can track your package.
